Shipping and Returns:

All prices displayed on Siren & Cos’s website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are also charged in Australian Dollars. We ship Australia wide and internationally.

Regular domestic shipping will take approximately between 4 – 7 business days. Express domestic delivery will take approximately between 1 – 3 business days.

In most circumstances you should receive your domestic order within 3 -5 business days and your international order within 6 – 20 business days.

Business trading days do not include weekends or Australian public holidays.

Please note we also offer free shipping within Australian for all orders over $200.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any last moment ‘change of mind’ purchase decisions.  Unfortunately, once your order leaves our warehouse, we are unable to grant a refund or exchange your purchased items even if you have not opened or worn the items. Siren & Co’s refund and returns policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If you purchase and receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or replacement.
